"Poor service at high cost "

"I checked into the hotel room on 6th June and was assigned a room in the evening on the 3rd floor. I returned back to the room late at night and to my surprise one of the hanging lights would not turn off at all. I raised the issue with the front desk and they assigned a technician to resolve the issue. The technical staff said that the issue is with black box which controlled the lights. The staff instead of trying to resolve the issue went ahead and started to remove the bulbs to switch off...
