They gave us a complimentary upgrade for our room and it ended up being on the top floor with two balconies. It was so kind and a nice add on for our first time in Singapore!

Clean room, very pleasant and helpful staff. But not very happy with the tap water in the bathroom.. as it splashes water on clothes. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly, but the rooms are very small, so just be prepared for that!! Location was wonderful!!!! Lobby and breakfast was a little crazy with a lot of people, but still a very nice hotel!!!!!
