"No information provided at check in. Did'nt like being placed on 2nd floor with no easily available elevators. Had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. Were there no 1st floor rooms available that would have made life easier for your patrons? Attempts to reduce costs are very evident. You can ..."

"I booked this without realizing I needed an email verification process to check in. I was in the middle of a couple of weeks trip and found it slightly frustrating, but the customer service was very helpful, and after a 15 min phone call it was sorted out. Location is good and building very nice. ..."
