"Too expensive for what you get, they refuse to give us the room until 4pm. It's a tourist hotel most of the people leave early. Can't believe that they couldn't have ready the room before 4 pm. The staff wasn't cooperative. "

Someone was there to greet us upon arrival but there is a self check-in that is helpful when arriving at various times.
