"Alcantarilha is tiny but well placed to enjoy the nearby beaches and attractions. The hotel is just off the N125. The hotel is fabulous. It is a 15th century quinta or olive grove with presses. The accommodation has been styled accordingly. If you're looking for something with more character than the usual hotels, this place is perfect. The grounds are extensive and well maintained and shield the location from any traffic noise. The pool is lovely with plenty of space and loungers."

"Beautiful quiet place with caring hosts! Since there are only two rooms, the chance is good to have it completely on your own, ok besides the lovely purring cats and the Egg Suppliers 😀 Gabriela and Håkon live their dream. Gabriela makes lovely marmalade, Yoghurt and Granola, Håkon baked very yummy bread and Pizza, and both love good food and wine. We will definitely want to come back! Domenico & Gabi "
