"It was super dirty and staff wasn’t very helpful. Upon entry of the room the beds were dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke and other odors too. During the night time the people in the surrounding rooms were super loud and obnoxious."

"The shuttle service was amazing and a big help to get us to rolling loud. and all of the staff were awesome but we did have one complaint about one staff member who was extremely rude When he wanted to confront us about a noise complaint he made the situation worse instead of diffusing the situation. And the room seemed pretty clean other than the bathroom there was hairs on the shower head and the wall. Great hotel just need to make sure they clean that bathroom better"

"Do NOT stay at this property unless you just need it to be close to something you are attending and have no other good choices. If we would have known it was this bad, we would have driven further and just paid an Uber more to go to the event from our hotel. We got there 50 minutes earlier than the 3 PM check-in time and staff would absolutely not allow us to check in without a $25 early check in fee. Staff must have the flexibility to be able to make a common sense decision when the property was clearly not booked solid. Th beds in the rooms all had the old spring style supports all the way under the mattress and did nothing but squeak with every little movement waking the other person in the room if they were able to fall asleep at all. The property obviously is renting to some government subsidized families as we were on the 3rd floor and there were people/children stomping around all night above us on the 4th floor from 8 PM until after 1 AM in the morning and with no phone in the room, there is no way to ring the front desk to complain without walking down to the office and then all staff leave at 11 PM anyway and there is nobody there to complain to. Avoid this property and seek other options. The furniture in the room is very outdated and you can't even open some of the drawers on the dresser as it is off track and wedged in."
