"The place was clean, staff was helpful. We were scheduled to have an ADA room with a roll in shower, at first we were given a different room. Which they quickly corrected and although the correct room was farther back on the property it was very nice. We had an early flight so we didn't get to sample breakfast, but they did have a travelers breakfast available. Airport shuttle we used twice as we returned our rental car a day early so we didn't have to do that in the early morning. Then again in the morning, both drivers were very helpful. Overall we would stay there again. Thank you."

"Reasonably priced alternative to some of the larger properties near Seatac Airport, indeed within easy walking distance (less than a mile). There's a Subway and a Tai restaurant in between too, for a quick meal. Free breakfast (opens at 6); free airport shuttle; friendly and helpful staff. When we visited in May 2026 the exterior of the building was undergoing a refit, but it didn't interfere with our stay. Will stay there again when in Seattle. By the way, the Seattle Light Rail station in the airport isn't that far away either, so you can easily get downtown from the hotel--we didn't do it on this trip, but have done before."

"Staying at the Hilton was a great experience, and I would gladly return! Pluses: my immaculately-clean room gave out onto a private patio. The bed was comfy; the towels in ample supply; the WiFi worked perfectly. Bonus: the hotel's restaurant is very good, with attentive staff. Minus: My experience at check-in was mixed. I HUGELY appreciated being given a room 3 hours before the normal check-in time. (I had called the day before to request it.) I appreciated the two bottles of water. However, the man who checked me in did not communicate in a way that I could understand. (1) While about to pay, he stated that $50 was being added to the amount -- and so I thought that it was *additional to* the amount I was seeing on the pinpad. However, the $50 was *included* in the amount. He should have said, "The amount you're seeing INCLUDES our $50 amenities deposit." (2) The above was a minor annoyance compared to the next miscommunication. He said to go to the next building, and then turn left down the hall. HE DID NOT SHOW ME THE MAP HE HAD SHOWN THE PREVIOUS PERSON CHECKING IN. So I followed his instructions, and was flummoxed to find myself in a large area with conference rooms on both sides. No sign leading to my room ("2113") was visible. So I walked back the way I came. Fortunately, a hotel driver stepped in: my room was BEYOND the Conference Room area! The tiny sign at the end of the conf. room area was not visible from the entrance. Why the incomplete instructions?"

"Disappointed with this hotel. It looked a lot nicer on the photos and for over $200 per night I expected a lot more. It wasn’t very clean - the bathroom in particular (the floor below the shower is straight up dirty), the carpet could also use a clean. I was surprised that there was no conditioner - all hotels offer it now. The air conditioning is super loud, and you can hear the cars from the road outside the hotel constantly. Lastly, I was surprised to receive a pack n play as the baby crib instead of an actual crib; it’s hard to clean these and there was a stain on the mesh. Only positive is how close it is to the airport but I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"This place is great! My second time staying here. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues with our TV and hair dryer but was fixed right away. Free breakfast was awesome! Just wish they can switch it around a bit, have a bit more different selections. The shuttle was great as well, super convenient for us! "
