"Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my stay at Click Clack Hotel. While the design looks trendy at first glance, the reality didn’t match the expectations. The room was much smaller than it appeared in photos, and not very practical. There was also a strange smell that didn’t go away during our stay. The noise level was another issue—you can hear people outside and even from other rooms, which made it hard to relax. Service was inconsistent. Some staff were friendly, but overall the experience felt unorganized and not very attentive. For the price, I definitely expected better. The location is decent, but that alone doesn’t make up for the rest. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it."

"I booked this hotel based on its advertised location in Envigado, which is known for its convenient access, warmer climate, and overall desirability. Unfortunately, this information was misleading. The hotel is actually located in Rionegro, which is a completely different area with a colder climate and a less convenient location for travelers expecting to stay near Envigado and Medellín. Had the true location been clearly stated, I would not have made this reservation. Accurate location details are essential when choosing accommodations, and this discrepancy significantly impacted my experience and plans. I strongly encourage the property to correct this information to avoid misleading future guests. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision when booking."

"No pool was rhe first problem then the rooftop opens when it wants to.. some not all of the workers were kinda rude.. best thing abiut the olace is that it was in the center of all the fun."
