"All the staff was excellent. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Also, my room and its amenities were great. I’ll say it again all the staff were excellent when I were there. I’d recommend this hotel to anybody. In fact, I’m coming back next year again on Mother’s Day and I have my room already booked on Mother’s Day. Everybody in my group also thought it was great. "The hotel was in a very nice area. Very well maintained. The food in the hotel varied, though the pool food was always good. Very close to the shopping area. Very relaxing pool in the evenings. Very good gym. The bar was nice. The staff were excellent and were everywhere all the time. Which to be honest was a little bit too much sometimes. A very nice stay. "

"Long wait to check in. Aircon in room inefficient. Fridge unplugged. Power point at wall in dangerous state. Safe not working. New one provided but not secured. Only two clothes hangers in wardrobe. Limited vegetarian choice on breakfast menu. Kitchen did produce pancakes and fried eggs on separate occasions on request."
