"We got the reserve upgrade and had our own concierge. They were extremely accommodating. My partner wanted watermelon margaritas, and they went out out of the way to make them for her. The reserve pool was nice and quiet, while the larger pool had a lot of activities and a swim up bar. Left the phones in the room and had a great time relaxing, and being present for each other."

"This was our first all inclusive resort and we absolutely loved it! Very clean, and the staff was so friendly. The buffet was great. We really enjoyed the guacamole restaurant. We tried the Asian restaurant and were not impressed. I like to workout when I vacation and the weight room could get pretty busy and kind of small but I was able to make it work. Santa Fe has the best gym. We went to the other 2 resorts and enjoyed them also. Each resort has a different vibe and the Palace Baja was perfect for us. A little more laid back with no kids but right next door to the party if we wanted to do that. We would definitely come back here!"

"My daughter and I had so much fun on our two short days at this lovely, beachy, fun resort. The staff was friendly and helpful at every step of the way, the grounds were beautiful, the food was tasty and plentiful and the activities were really fun (or it was also lovely to sit back and do nothing).
