The worst part is the service (except for one guy who was very helpful; the other two girls there are friendly, but then charge you for various things they didn't tell you about beforehand). The hotel itself is a bit dated in terms of furniture and appliances, but everything was clean and functioned well. My room had a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, sink, cookware, and utensils, which made it very convenient for a longer stay.
The beds were a little firm for my preference, but overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant. If you're prioritizing location and value, Hotel El Faro is a solid choice. I would consider staying here again and recommend it to travelers who want to be close to the beach at a reasonable price."
