I think the sheets weren’t clean enough because I had bed bug bites.. the front desk were good except one lady with glasses that was mean and had a mean look too. She was awful. Plus I paid for a pool view room with balcony and they put us in a room with palms view!! Couldn’t even see the pool and that wasn’t what I expect for paying almost 400 dollar/night. The location was amazing and the pool too. But imagine you pay extra money and u don’t get what u paid for

6/10 Okay

Liked: Amenities
Overall, the hotel was pretty underwhelming. The lobby is nicely decorated, but once you get beyond that, the hotel itself feels dated. The layout of the floors reminded me of a cruise ship, with very narrow hallways, and some areas could definitely be better maintained. The daily breakfast was okay—nothing special. Some of the options changed slightly from day to day, but overall the food was pretty average and I expected better. The pool area was also subpar. There was a DJ, but the atmosphere was very low-energy and the area was surprisingly empty, so it didn’t have the lively Hard Rock vibe I was expecting. One major plus is the location. The hotel is in Puerto Banús and very close to many of the popular spots in the area. I’d definitely recommend renting a car if you plan on exploring Marbella since it makes getting around much easier. There’s plenty of parking around the hotel, so we never needed to pay for parking. There’s also a casino literally right next door, which ended up being a great bonus. They serve food until 2 AM, and the food was delishhhhh! Overall, the location is convenient, but the hotel itself could definitely use some updating and improvement.
