Misleading
The thing that caught my attention about this hotel on the website was the close proximity to the centre of Siem Reap (less than one km). In fact it was quite far out and too far to walk on a regular basis.
A horrible drain smell came into our room during both nights we stayed there which we complained about.
The breakfast was geared to the Asian market - very unappetising with luke warm coffee and tea.
The worst thing was the room service. Most of what was on the menu wasn't available. It took over an hour to arrive (after chasing it up) and then they brought the wrong dish! Don't order the Harry Ramsdens fish and chip dish as it was totally unrecognisable! They even served it with rice instead of chips! And it was cold! The 8 dollars was totally extortionate for the dish when it finally arrived.
