Comfortable room, close to airport

Booked this hotel due to the proximity to Surabaya airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport which was great. Rooms were comfortable with AC. There was a strong, unpleasant smell of food when the bathroom fan was left on. Not much in terms of the local surrounding area. When we called for room service at 6pm they said it was closed. But if you need a hotel close to the airport then this is the one.

Saya memesan kamar dengan fasilitas bath up dan yg saya bayar pun sesuai fasilitas yg harusnya saya dapatkan,tapi ketika datang malah hanya kamar mandi biasa dengan shower yg mati dan pancuran yg sangat rendah letaknya sehingga saya harus jongkok hanya untuk mandi Keran air pun rusak dan selalu mengeluarkan air yg makin lama makin panas!! Letak kamar diujung paling belakang,dan ada spot dinding kaca yg menghadap kampung tanpa ada penutup, Semoga kritikan saya dijadikan acuan untuk berbenah

Es gibt einen kostenlosen Abholservice vom Flughafen, das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und auch der Preis stimmt. Mehr Positives lässt sich nicht sagen. Taxifahrer kennen das Hotel nicht, die Zimmer sind veraltet und schlecht gereinigt. Wer bei der ersten Kakerlake Panik bekommt muss ein anderes Hotel suchen...

Reines Airporthotel für Sparfüchse

Wer eine günstige Zwischenübernachtung in der Nähe des Flughafens sucht wird hier fündig. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig mit gutem Nasi Goreng. Wer mehr Komfort erwartet sollte auch in Surabaya entsprechend mehr bezahlen.

horrible hotel

Muy mal servicio. No fueron a buscarnos al aeropuerto, que estaba incluido, después de enviarles dos mails indicándoles el vuelo en el que llegábamos. Le enviamos el mail directamente al hotel. Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado, reservamos una con dos habitaciones y cuarto de estar y nos dieron una con dos camas y sin ventanas, sin toallas, sucia y maloliente. Después de quejarnos, nos dieron lo que teníamos reservado. De la habitación decir que estaba sucia, el baño horroroso y las sabanas manchadas, el desayuno horroroso, pollo frito y arroz, el café ni se puede tomar y del zumo ni hablamos. Si te vas a alojar una noche de paso en surabaya hazlo mas cerca del centro hay mejores opciones

只能用來睡覺的飯店

無比的爛～裡面滿地的驅蟲藥，浴室連衛生紙都沒有，浴巾也要跟櫃台要才給，桌上還擺了一杯沒喝完的飲料，無線網路完全不能用，唯一的好處就是有免費的機場接送

スラバヤ市街までは遠いですが空港に近いので私の場合、空港到着後泊と出発前泊の両方、二回利用しました。部屋の設備も充分、朝食も満足、スタッフも親切でお値段もリーズナブル、お得感満載でオススメできるホテルです。

Syariah Law?

I have lived and traveled in Indonesia for a few years now. This hotel was cheap and convenient, but rather lacking in amenities. Over the course of 2 days I had 2 different taxi drivers take me to the hotel, but neither had ever heard of it. I had to use my phone to help them both navigate to the address. On the wall in the lobby there is a sign that states some rather extreme policies, like having to prove marriage before you can stay in the same room with a member of the opposite sex. I appreciated this strictness as I was traveling alone and did not want to stay in a place with prostitute activity. Although it is a syariah (Muslim) hotel Christians (and/or anyone else) are very welcome. Muslims are generally VERY hospitable and kind. I am a Christian and never felt out of place or uncomfortable, neither did the other non-Muslim guests seem uncomfortable.
