"Great location with wonderful amenities—perfect for families. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was definitely a highlight. The only downside was the paper-thin walls; you can clearly hear doors opening and closing from nearby rooms, which can be a bit disruptive."

"Rooms are dated and have plumbing issues, water won't drain from the basin and shower head was broken, spilling water everywhere. The issue wasn't resolved during our stay of 4 nights."

Every element, from the layout to the amenities, was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and relaxation. A special mention to Kadek (apologies if the spelling is not exact), a member of the management team, whose professionalism and gracious presence elevated our experience even further. An impeccable stay—refined, memorable, and thoroughly deserving of the highest recommendation."

"What an experience we have had. Specifically when compared with other hotels. We have had executive room looking at ocean and with wide balcony and private area. Got best of the better room. Was just extraordinary. Amenities, food, staffs and the experience, just wow. Can’t even think of Bali without Hilton. Thanks to all the staffs for making this so beautiful. "

"The pool and outside area is stunning, the gardens are beautiful and the property is right on the beach front which is amazing, the sunsets every night was a highlight. The staff all very friendly and welcoming. One disappointment was the initial room I was put in I had to change to a different one as there was a smell I believe from the aircon which wasn’t nice. Second room ok. Rooms are big with balcony just slightly worn. The entrance to hotel is great and it only took me 15/20 mins to get to the airport which is also convenient. "
