2 sets of stairs to walk up in the dark trash outside the next room was still there when l checked out the tub/shower faucet wasn’t attached to the wall hole in The wall next to the tub All drawers too dirty to use . I had to buy bug spray and spray the room before we moved anything in Loose rail at full sized window. Leaking downspout at the door staff is polite The unit across from 523 looked to be better at least from the outside.

This Hotel needs an upgrade

The property is old & couches were stained. Found food left in refrigerator. The staff were very nice & helpful but i would not stay there again.

1.) Says non smoking but the place smelled like an ash tray. 2. Opened fridge to find a gallon of milk that expired in January. Its March. 3.) Bathroom was just nasty. 4. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Thats when we left. No they did not refund me forcing us to finish our 11 hour trip with 4 small children.

It's very old. It needs a lot of maintenance. I did like how the room was set up. I thought it had a unique layout. It just needs a lot of TLC and a little (lot) updating. Everything worked, but looked run down and it looked like someone may have even been doing repairs on the room we stayed in and just didnt finish the work. Also, there was blue painters tape in quite a few places, but looked to be holding things together not like they were about to start painting.

My room had a lot of gnats in it at check in. The fridge was dirty (inside and out). I woke up to an ant crawling on me (I’m a pest professional and luckily did not see bedbugs). Crickets in the bathroom. Just not very clean.

The worst experience I’ve had and I have been booking my Orbitz for years, until now. I will never use Orbitz again. The place was dirty, the door looked like it was kicked in and patched up. Glass on the carpet and it smelled like smoke. It was so bad that me and family left. It was not safe at all. When I called Orbitz to let them know about it, all they did was offering me a coupon for $50. Just WOW!!

Unfortunately, this place is in a decent location in town but that's all that can be said as positive. The amount mold growing in the bathroom was astounding. There were many issues in the room that had not been fixed for years it would seem. The coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned since placement. Sadly, they seem to still be operating under COVID protocols. The lobby and the "free" (non-existent) breakfast were not available. The list of negatives is more than i care to continue to list here. Just stay somewhere else.

Roach on wall. Filthy, stained and sticky.

Had to book a different hotel and they refused to give a refund. Hotels.com also refused to help. A roach was on the wall. Everything was filthy and stained. "Large" twin bed sofa was tiny and disgusting. It was not a safe place to stay. Items were in disrepair. Lights did not work. Bathrooms were gross. Microwave was crooked and falling down. Counters were sticky. Maybe the lights did not work because they were hoping you would not see the roaches or the stains.
