Very clean room. Easy check in with Shirley who was so very nice. Went to a midnight church service locally and was very comfortable coming in at 2 in the morning. Parking lot well lit.

Let's start with the fact that the main parking spaces are reserved for people that don't exist. Then we look at the carpets when we get up to the fourth floor and they're nowhere near as clean as the carpets in the lobby. When our neighbors let the door go instead of closing it softly it shook our entire wall. You cannot sleep when your wall is shaking. If you want to take the elevator it is very slow and very small. If you want to climb the stairs they haven't been cleaned in years.

Great stay with my kid

The host was super nice and courteous. We were there for medical appointments at Highland clinic two days in a row. I arrived and asked for early check-in. They complied. It was quiet, clean, and most importantly safe. I highly recommend.

The staff at this location are as good or better than any other staff out there! Efficient, courteous, friendly, interested in my comments - are just a few of their good points! No doubt, I will stay at this location next time I visit Shreveport

The equipment in Gym was poor, as was the TV, no reception.some equipment could not be adjusted etc We also had issues with the TV in our room, the crew tried to fix it, but closed caption came on and off at will.

Pros: service from the staff was exceptional! They greeted u everytime we entered and was friendly. Cons: property is older. Woke up to a roach in the bathroom, pool didn't look that great (so I didn't let the kids get in) and the fragrance gave me a headache.
