We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. Sofia went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her kindness truly made a difference. We travelled with two children, and everything was seamless and comfortable for our family. The location was perfect and made getting around so easy. Highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed one night in February 2026 for a quick business trip and couldn't fault Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto. Prime location near Rogers Centre—easy walks to transit and sights. Room was modern, spotless, and super comfy.The breakfast buffet stole the show: fresh, varied options with excellent coffee and pastries—best hotel breakfast I've had in ages. Staff were friendly and efficient despite the short stay. Minor city noise but no big deal.Outstanding value; highly recommend for short Toronto stops!
