Shonan hotel rooms a the Sotetsu

"If you are traveling to Yokohama this is the place to stay. We arrived about 10:30 PM after more than 20 hours of traveling. The staff were so friendly, greeted us with smiles at the door and took our luggage to our room. Our room was spotless and there was plenty of room to unwind. We had breakfast at the buffet in the hotel and it was delicious. From fresh fruit, an omelette station, different breakfast meats and local favorites. The cruise ship port is located about 15-20 minutes walking distance but if you choose to take a taxi, they were on site when we left and was less than $10 US. We stayed two nights before our cruise and there were plenty of sites to see within walking distance. Overall we could not have chosen a better place to stay. "

"The hotel is located right by the train station, a mall and a small store that has daily necessities and groceries. Staff goes above and beyond to serve one. The morning buffet I found a little pricey abt $30 and my kids ate cereal😊 I would go there any time again if in Japan. We were there for a cruise w/ Holland America and the hotel is in minutes from the pier. "
