"The hot water supply was unstable, we need to take cold water shower in most of the time. There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. We found that the other two domes were empty but the owner simply didn’t provide the better view dome. There are not much restaurants nearby. "Excellent for a short stay, the breakfast was pretty good too 👍"

"The room was clean and the location was convenient. Breakfast was same every day but it had good selections. Parking was available both underground and outside next to the hotel. The underground parking has only 30 spots so if you stay during the busy season, you may need to park outside (still convenient but underground would better if rains). The parking ticket is 1,000 yen per night but it did not work twice and I had to go back to the front desk. I talked to the parking staff but they recommended I go to the front desk. Then the same thing happened again on the following day. They should improve the process so that guests can go through the gate without going back to the front every time when this issue happens. The main building does not have a safe so I had to bring it to the front desk. Overall very nice hotel and I am glad I stayed here."

"My hotel room was more than I expected! Great space, huge bathroom, awesome room amenities, cute Hawaiian pjs, warm outdoor shower to wash up after surfing, and loaner bikes. Piping under my sink was broken and leaking, but maintenance was able to replace the pipe while I was at the beach. Not sure if it’s just the time of year, but local restaurants and cafes closed early. Lime Surf shop, which is within walking distance, was a great place to rent a wetsuit and surf board. Owners were super sweet and really went out of their way to help me. Public transportation via bus is not frequent. Recommend using a vehicle to get around. I’ll be back again!"
