Ship Island hotel rooms a the Red Roof Inn

"Pool isn’t heated, even at 80 degrees the water is freezing cold. Express check-in staff are not friendly. You wouldn’t think it’s hotel/resort for kids. The beds sleep terrible. Hasn’t been upgraded in a while. Doesn’t compare well to other margaritaville locations. "

"Room was very clean. Loved the large counter top in bath! Nice, strong spray with hot water in shower. The theater was amazing. We had a problem with an obstructed view but the staff took care of us and gave us upgraded seats even better than we had originally purchased! First class hotel!"

"The hotel was great except when you walk in The building there was a stale smell, it was not pleasant. And our room was great except there was No light in the shower/tub. We had to take a shower/ bath in the dark!!! "
