"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time, but won't be our last. I'm not sure how, but we scored a corner suite with a water view and it was amazing, especially watching the sun set. Can't say enough about the ceiling to floor windows all the way around! The room was very clean and quiet, and the beds comfortable. Great shower pressure and nice thick towels. The staff are friendly and helpful, and security is top notch. They have a good size casino and a variety of machines. The Scarlett Pearl will be our go to in Biloxi from now on!"

"It was noise both nights I don’t get no sleep . So I got up when front desk talked to the manager and all said was they cut out today . So next night the same noise every noise told her about and all said was we got alot complaints about it . I’m very upset that nothing was done about it the first definitely 2day I was at 6am leave out . If trying to get rest I don’t recommend them because u won’t sleep it smell like weed. "

"I was locked out of the room bc the keys stopped working. There was no after hours number available to call and the non emergency police could not even help. I had to book another room at another hotel and stay there without my things which were still locked up at this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"Hotel room was not very clean! Candy wrappers on the floor in bedroom and collected dust bunnies in the bathroom. Beds were comfy and shower pressure was good!"

"The valet service was either very poor or completely nonexistent, and there was no proper bellhop support. The pool area was another issue there were no clear signs explaining where to get towels, which made things unnecessarily confusing. On top of that, the bathrooms near the casino entrance were filthy and clearly not being maintained. Overall, the place feels like it’s past its prime. It desperately needs better management and a stronger team to run it properly. I will not be returning very unimpressed."
