My second time here and I’m so happy that the excellent service and standards of The Flag Shinsaibashi remains. Love the location, accessibility AND the staff are wonderful! Just wish we could have softer pillows (pillow menu perhaps?). Will go back again!

It is not often that you find large hotel rooms in Japan. Plus the location is amazing, with just a very short walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street. You won't feel too far away from everything but at same time won't have to deal with the crowds of tourists.

Deluxe room is small but it was okay for 2 people. I like that you can leave your luggage here after check out if your flight is later on the day. Location is a bit far from the station so be ready if you have a lot of luggage. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a Lawson convenience store in the building which was very convenient.
