Bathroom door very loud/squeaky, high pitched noise of fan, no soap, fire alarm when off twice in the middle of the night for no reason, and there was a memo that said “no hot water for a couple hours, but cold water would not be effected.” We had our water completely shut off. "Staff (front desk) check in was disappointing. I was the only one checking in , and it seems like the lady wasn’t interested in doing her job so that’s pretty much a negative start. The hallway was dark and eerie and the carpets are dirty and disgusting. The Room was mehhh bed was comfy but the pillow cases it seems like it wasn’t changed. "If you have breakfast there stick to eggs and toast or bagels. Potatoes were soggy and the sausage was better as a patty not a link. You can order a custom omelet with your pick of toppings and it's very good. Very friendly and helpful staff but it's obvious there have been budget cuts in breakfast supplies. Eggs are good and bagels good. Avoid everything else."
