"Great location for Shepherd’s Bush empire. However aircon did not work, blew hot air. Had to sleep with the window open which made it very noisy. "

"The overall cleanliness was good. The rooms were clean but very small. Almost too small as we had no where to store our cases and the wardrobe was too small to put our clothes away which meant we had to keep everything in our cases which was rather difficult as there was little room to access them on a daily basis. The rooms are best suited for an overnight or weekend."

"Limited parking and not secure. Hotel is dated, smells and feels unclean. Beds are lumpy, along with pillows and didn’t feel fresh.empty shower gel and hand wash dispensers. Stains down the glass "

"Everything was alright. The rooms were very hot but there was a fan which helped a bit. The key cards for my room had to be reset almost daily during my stay which was a bit annoying that they'd stop working randomly. Great location and great bar I will say. And some great deals if you are staying in the hostel. "

"Friendly staff. Literally right next to the Shepherds Bush Market ( both the market & the tube stop) It’s a little noisy with the window open but you don’t come to London for peace & quiet! Perfectly placed for our gig at the Shepherds Bush Empire. Would stay again."

"I wasn't expecting luxury for the price, but at least something I could watch a bit of TV and have a cuppa, get a decent night's sleep and a shower before going into work the next day. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The hotel had a funky smell on entering, and once in the room, the smell coming from the bathroom was overwhelming. It was a smell of longstanding damp and possible sewage leak. The bathroom itself was tiny, not in itself a problem, but the light barely lit anything up and from what I could see, the shower tray looked dirty. The bedding was clean, but the bed base was dusty. I definitely didn't trust the kettle and cup! The WiFi was poor and the TV connection didn't work well as a result - mostly intermittent picture and pixelated screen. Luckily it was close to Westfield White City so I went there until it was time to sleep, and got up early and went to work early to shower there. I still have the smell in my nose 12 hours later."
