"we had a lake view room and really enjoyed our stay. the views were stunning and the doors/windows were nice and thick blocking most of the airplane/boat noise. the room was very spacious with we enjoyed the gas fireplace heater for added ambience. everything was clean and the staff were friendly. bathroom is a bit dated (cracked tiles, loose showerhead) but still overall would recommend and would stay again."

"Hi we travelled from Uk for a holiday, In simple consolidate every thing was amazing. Start from food to end at staff. Kalisha the lady at the bfast longe was the centre of attraction, so caring n concerned for everyone. Would love to come same hotel again."

"It was our third time staying at the Platinum Villas in Queenstown. We love the view of the lake and the Remarkables and the quiet serenity away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The villa has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen and quality appliances. It's very well appointed. There's lots of space and it was lovely and warm given the chilly 0 degree mornings. The host was super helpful when our gas fireplace wasn't lighting properly and they fixed it on the same day. We will definitely stay there again. We also appreciated the proximity to the hotel opposite the Villas and their restaurant Mackenzies. The dinner was excellent, at a very high standard and some of the best beef cheek we have ever eaten."
