"The only problem I had was the sink didn’t drain"

"Ocean view but the first room we were in was dirty and hair in the tub, tried to call front desk but phone wasn't working, no tv remote, no luggage rack, the door to balcony wouldn't latch due to painters tape. Elevator smelled like an outhouse and had plywood walls. The next room was missing the soap dispenser and there was hair on the hand towels. The floor was sticky and when my husband moved behind curtain just a bit, he was covered in white dust we assumed was sheetrock dust. Our sheets weren't even on correctly. The top part was sideways. The furniture is awful looking and so old. Sadly it was a very disappointing experience and we left early the next morning. "

"Fun heated pool with a little Lazy River. Small but decent hot tub. Right on the beachfront. Helpful staff."

"The view was perfect! Unfortunately our flight was cancelled on the way there, so we missed our first night. When I called to see if we could get a refund for that night, they said no because I booked thru hotels.com, and NOT the hotel directly! So we paid a full night along with all the fees for that night which was ridiculous!! Also she said if I wouldn’t have called and just not shown up on that first night, they would have given our room away even tho I paid for the 5 nights in advance! Also it took 6x going to the front desk before they could get a key to work in our door. After that it was smooth and nice."
