Location is a short driving distance to a lot of cool things to do in Watkins Glen & Ithaca and of course the state park right in Trumansburg. "Arriving at the Showboat Hotel our room was not acceptably clean. The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with. I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper. The only productive thing accomplished was that our fridge was switched out for a clean one. The employee “mopped,” resulting in the same floor dirt being pushed around. We...
