"Been traveling a lot over the last few months and this hotel was definitely a gem. Super friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean rooms and public areas. Large rooms with microwave and fridge, everything just worked. Complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay here again when in the area."

"I couldn’t even stay there. The place reeked of cigarette smoke. Then I spotted a roach crawling along the wall beside the bed and in the bathroom floor. Took a video and showed the front desk clerk, she said a manager would come talk to me…no one ever came or called. Ended up checking out and was told I’d be refunded. Trust me…you do NOT want to lay your head anywhere near this place!"

"We arrived late after a flight, around midnight. It was just a one nighty stay before we hit the New England road. Check in was quick. I asked if there were bottled waters in the room. Nope. I asked if there was a coffee maker in the room. Nope. I had to buy $3 small water bottles from a vending machine. The room had torn curtains and dirty rugs. The shower was slippery and had no rail to hold onto. I have neuropathy in my left foot and was damn near terrified to slip and fall. After i got out of the shower, I went to dry my hair and the dryer did not work. I heard the maintenance people in the hall, and I told one the dryer did not work and asked if I could get another one. He ran up and down the hall over and over. I waited with the door slightly ajar. When he returned he tried to hand me a PLUNGER! A USED PLUNGER. I am not kidding. My son woke up when I yelled NO NO NO NO. I pointed to my wet hair and made the blower noise, and he laughed and came back with a working dryer. We did not have breakfast because it was all SUGAR products. No protein. Junk food. I would not stay here again, I would make the drive a few more miles for something more suitable. "

"People arguing early in the morning, waking me up out of my sleep, people living in the motel The room wasn’t anything special. The door wouldn’t close in the bathroom becauseThe toilet seat was the wrong size. Inside the sink was filthy, and there were roaches."

I cant say enough about Singer Island and the surrounding area. We look forward to returning every year. You will not regret staying here and will fall in love with W Palm Beach."

"Not enough towels. Then had to wait as they did not have them. Asked for sheets and blankets for pull out couch and they did not have a blanket and only one pillow. Bathroom could have been cleaner and was very dated. "
