"Nice hotel and really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough. I turned up around 18:30 so couldn’t get in the restaurant which was a shame but the hotel was fully booked. "Welcome from the guy on the desk wasn’t very friendly. We were a little early arriving and before we tried to explain we wanted to leave our luggage and return, he just said “three o’clock”. Eventually he heard what we wanted to say but he really wasn’t friendly at all. After check in which was fine, the stay was very nice with a good breakfast, albeit the dining area was a bit a small. Nice and clean and in a good area for the city centre. "

"We booked an accessible room as my husband has a disability. Even though the room was very nice, it would have been nice to have the usual disabled facilities in the bathroom such as grab bars, raised toilet seat and a wetroom level floor shower. It also didn't have an emeegrncy cord. You had to request a shower mat but it would have been more beneficial to have a slip free shower tray and more grab bars in the shower. Unfortunately my husband was not able to have a shower as he was too nervous....
