"Fresh full English breakfast. As a person of colour, I was a bit worried about how we’d be treated, but there was no need to be, we were treated just like everyone else. The staff were really polite and gave excellent customer service."

"Clean and comfortable room with a view of the park. Had to put the kettle on the floor to plug it in as it was the only available socket. Good choice for breakfast. Had to go and ask for tea and coffee at breakfast as the 2 staff on duty were busy tidying up and refilling the breakfast buffet. Sign at restaurant entrance said please wait to be seated - there was no-one around to do this so just went in. "

"Lovely hotel but a bit dated. Needs some good cleaning and fixing up. Staff were okay but not as friendly as I would expect and the corridors and common areas weren't the cleanest (mainly dusty)"
