Top Sheen Hotel Reviews
Best Western Stoke on Trent City Centre Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Nice room. Have good facilities. And excellent staff."
Hilton Garden Inn Stoke on Trent
8/10 Good
"The evening staff in the restaurant and bar were brilliant. Rooms could do with the paint work touched upon."
Champneys Mottram Hall
10/10 Excellent
"Great, quiet area. Honest part. Glass of wine and a pint of peroni comes in at £21. I felt that to be tad bit expensive. But overall great stay"
New Bath Hotel & Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals
8/10 Good
"Staff were very helpful. The hotel looked impressive as you walked in, but the rooms we were allocated in the annexe were very grotty on the outside, the rooms were reasonable inside. Breakfast was minimal and little selection on offer, and it wasn’t cheap. The thermal pool was great. The spa wasn’t. We sat in the hot tub as part of a package treatment, but we were in the rain as it wasn’t undercover. The massage was okayish itself though, but the facilities were minimal. Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed the break."
Gulliver's Resort Matlock Bath
8/10 Good
"Good for families, good value. We didnt have the food there as we opted to just buy some stuff from the nearby Sainsburys for our duration. Its not 'spick and span' tip top perfect as you would expect a good hotel but the bed was comfortable and I would return there if I needed to. Outside is designed for kids to play so yes definitely geared for the kids."
The Rutland Arms Hotel, Bakewell, Derbyshire
8/10 Good
"Steep stairs to top floor were a problem. Parking was a bit hit and miss. Otherwise a pleasant stay in a nice hotel. Food was good and staff very helpful"
Palace Hotel & Spa Buxton
10/10 Excellent
"It was amazing. Couldn't fault anything! In fact booked more stays later in the year. The room was large, warm, comfy, shower great. Ample car parking and the hotel gardens as well as the Buxton gardens were all very well presented. Extremely lucky that the hotel chain accepts dogs - all of which were seen and not heard and on best behaviour. Nothing at all negative about this hotel!"
High Tor Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We got one night, everything was convenient, staff is helpful and polite. The hotel is clean, the bed and mattress are comfortable. I can recommend this hotel."
Old Hall Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent hotel, easy booking in, bedroom lovely and very tasty breakfast. Very close to Opera House and centre"
