"The Ramada was fine, but it is not at the standard I would expect for a brand name. The furniture, beds, wallpaper, carpets are all run down and have a slightly stale smoke smell despite no smoking allowed in the hotel. The staff were mainly nice, but some had no interest in helping unless they were pushed. The cleaning staff were fabulous, very friendly and helpful, as were the gentlemen at the door. "バスルームから下水の臭いがしました。換気扇を付けても消えず…洗面台とシャワーの排水も悪く、シャワーは床が浸水しそうになりました。ポットやコップもホコリを被っていて、使いませんでした。掃除をしっかりして欲しいです。 シーツも汚れていました(交換をお願いしましたが、対応は2時間後でした)。このホテルではベットメイキングを自分でする仕様みたいですね。 朝食は、8:30に行ってギリギリ全品あるという感じで、その20分後にはパンなどが全てなくなっていました。フルーツや野菜はメニューにほぼなし。その後給仕もなく、後から来た人は困っていました。テーブルも汚れていました。 この立地でもう少し安く、もっと親切なホテルは沢山あると思います。申し訳ないですが、もう泊まりません。"

"Nice big rooms that are cleaned properly. A bit outdated in the interior. Great location, where it is easy to either go on the metro or grab a Yandex Go to explore the city. Very pleasant and polite staff and decent breakfast."
