"I just love this hotel. It's so quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and if you take advantage of the online check-in you get a text when your room is ready. Mine was available 2 hours before the official check in time which was brilliant. The foyer and bar area are comfortable and you can charge phones and laptops there. The beds are the best. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bristol. Love it "

"The room was spotless with all required for a one night stay. Booking in straight forward very pleasant receptionist. Stairs were a slight problem and no lift but we managed. Great parking and very nice hotel."

"The room was lovely and spacious and the bathroom was really clean and a pleasure to use. Holy moly was the bed comfy?! And so big I lost my husband! The only downside I would say was that the water glasses were so very small, when I needed a drink I'd have to fill the glass up 3 times! And also, the tiny nescafe coffee sachets are never a joy, quite the opposite. Investing in some better coffee for the rooms would a huge plus! But the yorshire, absolute beauty! The staff were all so fabulous; helpful, charming, polite and a shining example of the hotel's overall quality. We had a fabulous stay and would absolutely consider staying again."
