"Awful, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. No hot water for our entire stay, no towels, no staff, guests were going into the kitchen to get things for breakfast as no staff on site. No light bulbs in the lights, bar not open again no staff on site, shabby on the outside and decor 20+ old."

"The Havelock is a beautiful hotel, warm welcome, view of the sea, great little bar area, delicious breakfast with good choices and meat from local butcher. Close to the sea front and old town, convenient for bars and restaurants. The bed was a bit old with a dip in the mattress but that's my only quibble. I'd definitely stay there again."
