The room was nice/clean enough and the staff was very friendly but we had a language barrier since we are American. A young lobby staff named a John helped us communicate, he is Chinese who studied English. It was extremely disappointing they would not give us a ride back to the airport when your website clearly states “free airport shuttle” ..we had to pay a lot for a taxi. And have to mention the Hotel bus is inexcusably filthy. When we were picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel we were quite disturbed by the trash on the bus floor and in seats
