추천

전체적으로 대학로 답게 활기찬 분위기와 깔끔한 조식도 좋음. 다만 북쪽이라서 남쪽으로 이동은 시간 걸림. 물론 고객응대하는 분들은 영어 잘안되고늘 핸폰 게임 하는 것은 문제임. 영어되는 메니저가 따로 응대함.

Barely a Hotel, More of a Serviced Apartment

Never again. I chose this Pagoda because of its proximity to Fudan, thinking the area would be interesting and the hotel a good one. It is not. Staff spoke almost no English, though many guests were foreign. The road to the hotel was partly blocked by a guardrail, making it difficult for taxi drivers. I had NO INTERNET in my room. The first-floor bathroom had a terrible odor. On the positive side, the staff did attempt to help me on several occasions. They are working hard, even if wearing their overcoats all day in a barely heated lobby. But this is a dreadful hotel.

夜10時から朝食会場の一部を開放して軽食を出しているが出すならもう少しマシなものを（味のないチャーハンなどしかない）出してほしい。カップ麺でもいいと思う。英語ができるスタッフがほとんどいなく、タクシーを頼んだ時間を間違えていた。施設自体は綺麗で部屋も広く、部屋の冷蔵庫のドリンクがフリーというのも嬉しかった。

Nicht jedes Personal konnte Englisch, irgendwie ging es mit der Verständigung. Im Poolbereich waren auch Wachleute, was das Schwimmen etwas störte. Im Zimmer im elften Stock war eine Bullenhitze. Trotz zusätzlichem Klimagerät ging die Temperatur kaum runter. Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut, aber auch nicht so günstig. Abends fehlte dann doch die Hotelbar. Gute Lage zur U-Bahn, Shopping

Verblijf is netjes en verzorgd personeel is vriendelijk. Echter in een hotel van deze klasse verwacht je dat personeel Engels kan spreken, al is het maar een beetje. Helaas is dat ver te zoeken en komt er al gauw uit luiigheid een telefoon met een app te voorschijn wat in meeste gevallen heel moeilijk werkt

ホテルは良かったのですが、ホテルの場所を指し示す地図上のピンの位置が間違っていました。上海で英語も通じず、googleも使えず、結局タクシーに二回乗って漸くホテルに到着しました。、致命的なミスだと思います。 それとホテルスタッフさえも英語が殆ど話せないのは、大変使い勝手が悪い感じでした。

3박 이용하면서 하우스키핑 서비스를 매일 이용하였지만 첫날 컴플레인 이후 다음날 하루만 제대로 청소해 주었습니다. 첫날은 수건과 쓰레기만 정리해주었으며 이불은 저희가 두고간 그대로 였습니다. 또한 마지막날은 하우스키핑 서비스를 걸어 두었지만 청소를 해주지 않아 저희가 새벽에 룸에 도착을 하여 더이상 청소진행이 되지 않아 새로운 방으로 이동을 하였습니다. 수영장의 경우 안전관리자가 있어 이용에 불편함은 없었지만 월요일날 휴무를 한다는 내용을 체크인시 안내해주지 않았으며, 공지 및 안내또한 없었습니다. 호텔 측 문의 결과 호텔스 닷컴에도 공지를 하였다고 하지만 호텔스닷컴 홈페이지는 수영장에 관련된 내용이 하나도 없었습니다. 그 이외에 서비스는 만족하였습니다. 호텔 근처에는 가로수길 처럼 최근에 개발이 된 거리가 있어 중국의 젊은 사람들이 많아 깨끗하고 맛있는 음식이 많았으며 지하상가 또한 잘 발달되어있어 호텔 근처에서 놀기 좋았습니다. 또한 조식은 종류가 다양하고 음식은 맛있었습니다. 객실내에 비치된 음료 및 스낵은 무료이며 맛도 좋았습니다. 가구 및 모든 호텔 룸은 좋았지만 다만 룸 클리닝에 관련된 문제만 있었습니다.

とても綺麗で新しく、部屋も広く、一泊1万円弱にしてはかなり良いです。湯船がありませんが、自分は全く不要ですのでokです。フロントのほとんどの人は英語が通じないですが、すぐスマホの翻訳アプリを通じて会話するので問題なしです。

Enjoyed this hotel very much. Very clean and modern. The fitness center was really nice. We were a little nervous about the twin beds but they were more like double beds - very roomy and comfortable. Great location for us with lots of restaurants and close to the subway.
