Expediaでの予約で予約用紙を提示しても、こんな予約見たことがないと言われた。
その場で予約を取っていたようで部屋が空いていたからまだ良かったが、英語がほぼ通じない中での意思疎通は困難であった。スタッフも面倒くさそうに対応された。
救いだったのは日本語か出来るスタッフがいたのでその方を介して予約出来た。
しかしそれも3泊の予定であったのに二泊目でチェックアウトの時間だと言われてまた一悶着。
支払いなの中国国内のカードしか使えないのもマイナス。

入住時已過午夜，職員説已取消了房間。幸好仍有空房，取用同一價格入住，但要付現金。總的来説服務仍是好的! 贊!
