The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. It certainly gives you the money's worth. Staff were all very friendly! Everything is spacious, the room, bathroom, closet space. Breakfast was good as well, they had all kinds of international food there. The main dished were Chinese, but you had the sides like waffles and pastry. I don't know, but chowmein was so good >.<

This was a great hotel! It was hard to tell how far the walk to Downtown Disney would be, but it ended up being about 10 minutes—and a very safe walk. The hotel itself felt extremely secure, with staff available 24/7. It was a beautiful place with amazingly friendly staff. The rooms were huge, and the bathroom was incredible. They even had a little shuttle golf cart to drive you to the front of the hotel to make the walk to Disney even shorter. There was also a spot on-site to eat and grab drinks. If we ever go back to Disney, we’d definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious and clean. The balcony was very lovely. Felt nice to step out for fresh air whenever we wanted. The hotel is very beautiful and modern. The only things we would’ve liked was better streaming/tv options. If they provided some Disney movies that would’ve been great. Also, the thermostat wasn’t very strong. The fan would be blasting, but the temperature wouldn’t drop very low, so our room did feel a bit warm most of our stay. We also had issues connecting to the WiFi. We couldn’t access the internet since we couldn’t verify the code with our phones (we were traveling from America, and were using esims). We couldn’t use google translate, so it was a bit tough to communicate with the staff at times. But the staff members were very kind and they did their best to help us during our stay. It was also a great perk that they drive you from a golf cart to and from the front gate to the driveway leading to the hotel. We would take the golf cart to the front, and then walk to Disneyland (about a 10-15 min walk).

Great for staying near Disney

The property is very well Kept. The staff is friendly but they do not know very much English so be prepared. You can easily walk to Disneyland. My only complaint is that they lock the thermostat and it was always 23-25 Celsius. (73-75 F). That is no good for those of us that like to sleep in the cool. I would have killed for 18 degrees. I am sick of hotels locking thermostat. We pay for room and should be able to control temp. Other than that the hotel is wonderful. The food is good as well

1. Room Setup Mismatch We booked a family room for three adults, but upon arrival, the room was arranged for two adults and one child. The amenities provided—such as child-sized slippers, child camping setup, only two sets of towels, and bottles of water—did not match our booking. This was disappointing and inconvenient. 2. Registration Confusion After entering the room, a female receptionist informed us that my husband was not registered, despite the fact that we had submitted three China Entry Cards at check-in. This caused unnecessary confusion and seems to have stemmed from an oversight by the male receptionist who initially handled our check-in. 3. Noise Disturbance from Connecting Room On the second morning at 7:10 AM, we were abruptly awakened by loud banging on the connecting door from children in the adjacent room. We reported this to the Front Office, and although staff attempted to rang their door bell, they did not respond. This kind of disturbance is unacceptable, and we strongly recommend that guests be advised against staying in connecting rooms unless absolutely necessary. Despite of that, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast area not large but cozy and pleasant. Special thanks to Jacky at the Front Desk and another helpful male staff member whose assistance throughout our disturbance.

El mejor hotel que me he hospedado en años, la limpieza de 10, el mini bar GRATIS y daría día lo reponían, la atención genial, repetiría mil veces este hotel, súper silencioso, la habitación ENORME.
