Too dark rooms, no restaurant and bar for the evening, language barrier, many of the staff doesn’t speak english. From a Hilton hotel I expect more The good thing is that this property is near a nice street with many restaurants and coffeeshops. The breakfast buffet is poor comparing with other hotels

Great Experience

The general manager and concierge were most helpful. Al staff were very friendly and most happy to help in making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Hotel is brand new and all fittings were perfect and nice.

I order a taxi To Shanghai AirPort of hongoiao and they explain wrong to taxi, so the taxi tole me to the train Station … so ungry and upset , China it is not easy…. So stupid the support from the hotel

The hotel is well designed and stylishly furnished. Our overall experience was great. However, breakfast and other meals were definitely not up to standard and does not love up to expectations. Service in general was amateur and could be improved (no concierge, no assistance with luggage, no valet parking etc). The waking street adjacent to the hotel is a great supplement. Plenty of restaurant options there.

Very new hotel in a new area. Very convenient for the NECC where I was attending the China Cycle show. They had a shuttle bus to the show each morning which took 10 minutes (although it was not advertised anywhere). No idea if they offered a return pick up service as that wasn’t advertised at all either. It’s a simple 30 minute walk or 10 minute taxi ride though. Rooms are modern, well decorated and well maintained. The Japanese style electronic toilet was a nice quirky feature. Beds are very comfortable and tv has a couple of good quality English channels including HBO. WiFi is reasonable speed most of the time, but can get slow in the evenings. On site restaurant served the best western breakfast I have ever had in China so that was a nice surprise. There is also a selection of good quality restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel serving lunch or dinner. Some good bars too. The lobby bar in the hotel is ok, but you have to ask at reception to get served. The hotel gym and swimming pool are in a separate building at the rear of the hotel and are again modern and well maintained. Overall a great hotel which I will definitely stay at again whenever I visit the NECC.
