施設はさほど新しいわけでは無く、特にシャワールームはタイル貼りなので日本の新しいビジネスホテルを見慣れていると若干古臭い感じはするが、清掃が行き届いており、十分に清潔感があった。あと部屋のテーブルにもう少し奥行きがあると使いやすいとは思った。それ以外には気になるところはなく、新天地からも徒歩圏内で、便利に利用させて頂いた。

駅からもさほど近いわけでもなく、コンビニも一つあるだけで利便性は高くないです。只、部屋から上海タワーが綺麗に見え、清潔感がありました。素敵ない部屋で朝食もとても美味しかったです。

この値段で広くて綺麗でコスパ最高でした！ 駅からも程よく、コンビニも近くにあって便利でした。タクシーも呼びやすいしレンタル自転車も戻すところ目の前で交通系便利な場所だと思いました。＆30分くらい早く着いちゃったけどチェックインもしてくれて、帰りも夜遅くまで荷物預かってもらえて総合的に良かったです！

飯店cp值很高，房間空間不小，床墊舒軟，暖氣強（但風扇音量大），尤其早餐種類不少又好吃，住了3晚，3天的早餐每天都有80%的新菜色，實在很用心。
