Staff were really lovely and looked after us well. They helped us move rooms when the people next door were smoking in the room (against the hotel rules) and even gave us a free upgrade. Rooms were comfortable, with large TV and hairdryer and all the toiletries you would expect. We enjoyed the little robot who delivered takeaways to the rooms!

Hotel room is very modern with buttons to open and close the curtains, and a door that tells you if you have not closed it properly. The room is clean, but small. with a very good shower. The lobby and lifts let this hotel down as there is a rancid smell here. Location is fantastic - a 8 min walk to Pudian Road metro station.

This hotel, located at 689 Laoshan Road, Lujiazui, exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the core area of ​​Lujiazui, yet quiet and convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were new. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The surrounding area has mature amenities, making dining and shopping convenient. The price-performance ratio is quite good for the Lujiazui area, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The only thing everything looked very clean but I noticed the bedsheets were not and woke up with 2 large bug bites and when I pulled back the sheets there were little black dots and short hairs that were not mine as I have very long hair, I did call the hotel staff and they took photos and asked them to please change for the next person. The property itself was very clean and the breakfast buffet made up for it, and the hospitality was great. The room was clean for the most part. But check under the bedsheets.

連泊したが、飲んだティーパックがそのままの状態でずっと置かれてあったり、ティッシュも空っぽでもらいに行った。 トイレットペーパーも残りわずかな状態で換えのペーパーはなし。 タオルは毎日交換され、シーツ交換はないが、きれいにベッドメイキングされていた。 1階のフリーコーヒーは美味しい。 あとは中国あるあるなので驚きはしなかったが、エレベーターが一基、1階に着いても開かず、また上に上がるという不具合。 場所は最寄りの駅までは10分くらい歩くが、ほとんどタクシー移動なので問題ない。 ホテルで外卖するとロボットが部屋まで届けてくれる。 ホテルはリーズナブルなので、次回また泊まっても良いと思うが、部屋に窓がない点はマイナスかな。

Für den Preis wirklich okay. Allerdings hat unser Zimmer sehr nach Rauch gestunken und wir haben einen Kippenstummel in einem der Gläser gefunden. Also nicht nur, dass andere Gäste dort rauchen, es wurde offenbar auch nicht vernünftig geputzt. Die Lage ist ganz gut, Mitten in Pudong. Dort gibt es unendlich viele Malls, Caffeläden, kleine Supermärkte, Foodspots und die Metro Nr.2 fährt zb direkt auf die andere Flusseite zu The Bund, zum Flughafen und zur Railway Statiom Pudong.
