Comfortable but missing Vibe

The lobby and the bar are a bit disappointing when you have worked all day and just want a place to chill. However, the room was great and very comfortable. I don’t know that I would book again because I do like a good vibe when you arrive and somewhere to unwind. It is in a more business area.

Hotel did not meet the description.

For some reason, there was no swimming pool. They told us we had to walk all the way over to the Intercontinental, even though it's under the same group but made it very inconvenience. I didn't expect that. My daughter was very disappointed.

Check-in process was not smooth. My room wasn’t ready and I had to wait over 40 minutes. I wasn’t told my room was ready. I had to check at front desk after I waited over 30 minutes. Then they confused my name with another reservation. Because of the confusion and long wait my room was upgraded. The room was spacious and nice but the coffee maker didn’t work. Overall my stay was decent but there is room for improvement considering how expensive the rooms are.

房間乾淨整潔。酒店環境舒適。員工都是年輕人，好有朝氣的一間設計感極強的酒店。環境安靜，離地鐵站走路10分鐘左右，四周是辦公室區域，晚上非常安靜。不過都感覺安全，雖然10分鐘有點遠，不過緣路會經過很多特色咖啡廳都是一個意外驚喜。不過就是不明白點解日日9點就會按房鐘叫收洗衣，我們都還在睡覺，真是好困擾。

the deluxe room was just so nice. We really loved the bathroom and hot tub. The staff also all spoke english and were very helpful. one of the difficult things in the room were having to find out which switch was for which light. It'd be nice if they had a universal remote or control system for that.
