不方便，太遠。酒店太差了。
設施是我住過的酒店中其中較差的一家。離地鐵站又遠。較市區及機埸都不近。車費巳浪費了不少。不過四週環境走遠點可能覺得空氣好吧。

非常差，去酒店說沒有收到hotelcom的確認碼，也沒有我的訂單，要重新交錢，客服人員打了好幾個電話也說沒查到，之後我自己打得客服電話直接就確認了，還要收我這個電話費，可見客服的能力是有多差！！而且貌似還是經理啥的，中午12點退房，也不給續時，大床房裡面衛生間小的很，胖子側身過都不行

憧れの上海を訪れ
ヱクスベディアからの予約内容がホテルに間違っており、内容を確認したら、別の名前、２ベットが１ベット。いきなりtrouble。部屋も1階一番奥。内容は悪すぎる。明日からの宿泊をキャンセルしてとにかく就寝。 朝チェックアウト時、引き継ぎが出来ていなく又trouble。 INもOUTもtrouble。時間の浪費。地下鉄駅まで徒歩15 分〜20分、市内まで45分〜50分。ホテルは郊外地で、市内は地元の生活状況が肌に感じる街であrった。
トラベルチームががうたう、優れたサービスを言うならば、ITだけでは掴めないものを少し考慮すべきと思われる。appropriately and expeditiously .上海初日がこういう形で出てくるとは予想もしなかった。 これも旅、良き日？、これも人生？。ありがとうございます。
