"Love the location of this hotel! It’s a short 3mins walk to Nanjing Road and the Metro Station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My family and I have nothing but praises for this hotel! "It’s our first visit to Shanghai, Stayed at Radisson Blu New world for 6 nights 2 adults, 2 kids in a Family Suite. The hotel is very conveniently located to Nanjing rd shopping area, a short walk to people square train station, tremendous amount of dining options. Very lively area. We absolutely loved the amenities, kids loved the swimming pool, jacuzzi and great breakfast every morning. Beds were very comfortable, housekeeping did a great job. Will highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely loved Shanghai will be back for sure "

"Very smooth check-in, Senior Guest Services Manager Bruce Li 李贺 was very friendly and helpful, offered toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush etc) and answered all my questions, and assigned a high floor with good view of Shanghai skyline. Westin's Sunday Brunch is very famous and location of hotel is very close and walkable to the Bund. My favorite hotel to stay in Shanghai. "
