"This property was very convenient as we were there for an NYU Shanghai trip. The rooms were very small so that would probably be my only feedback point."

"I had a great experience during my stay. I want to especially recognize Oliver at the reception for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to help me sort out my reservation and made sure that my extended stay was properly approved with the agent. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
One small suggestion for the hotel: it would be wonderful to have halal food options on the breakfast menu"
"Great buffet breakfast with lots of options including a robot that makes noodle and dumpling soup. Beds were comfortable. Great location with amenities for a good price.

"I liked the modern and innovative concept of this hotel, located on an innovation campus. I stayed in one of their "pods", which has everything you need with a shared bathroom around the corner. I recommend adding breakfast, which is generous and delicious. I also ate several dinners at the hotel, which were excellent, with a European bistro flair. The hotel is a block from the river front, where an amazing greenway goes all the way to the Bund. Stunning vistas. The museum next to the hotel (within a repurposed power plant) is well worth a visit. "
