The only issue that we had was that our room was on the third floor of the Parker Mansion. No elevator only stairs. I had recently had a knee replacement so I had some difficulty with walking up and downstairs. I did not ask for a room change and just treated as rehab. This might be an issue for some people so you might ask about it before making your reservation "
