"All of their staff were excellent and extremely helpful!! We had come in on a train early and weren't due to board our cruise ship until later the next day and they had accommodations to lock up our luggage while we enjoyed the sights! A great hotel in a small town."

"This cabin was beautiful and a wonderful place for my family to stay. It was well stocked, comfortable, and surrounded by a gorgeous forest setting. We truly enjoyed the cabin itself. We did have an issue was the listing description. Based on Expedia, we believed the cabin was located in the harbor area near the Safari Lodge and within walking distance of town and attractions. We were disappointed to learn on check-in that it is actually about four miles from the harbor in a secluded forest setting. The owners did try to provide us with available alternatives, which we appreciated, but none met our needs. The cabin itself was lovely; our concern was simply the lack of clarity in the listing. Since this property offers a very different experience from staying at the waterfront Safari Lodge, it would be helpful if it were listed separately or more clearly distinguished through the description and photo captions, especially since some photos suggest a waterfront location."
