NH Sevilla Plaza de Armas
I would not rate this a 4-star hotel. I was in a “New Style” room and it looks like no effort was put into finishing the renovations. Even the door looks like it was broken into multiple times.

The major issue with this hotel is that the owners of it clearly value the roof top bar revenue over the comfort of there hotel guests . The noise of the music went on till 3:30 am on Saturday .
