Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
It took 3 times for our key to open the door and we couldn't reach anyone by phone and had to walk back down; after reprogramming them 3 times they moved us to a different room. the room had a very stale order and the bunk room wouldn't cool off .

Breakfast fresh with omelette station. Great service. Room had broken table and wall siding. They offered to fix but we didn’t want to waste time waiting for maintenance.
