Clean tiny rooms awesome staff!! Clean pool area outside parking clean and nice Rooms to small and had a noisy crowd but that can happen at any hotel. Breakfast was good sausage needs cooked longer But very satisfactory!! Cleaning staff are amazing people!! No thiefs no worries

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Gatlinburg Downtown
Our room was very clean. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. Enjoyed the gym daily during our multi-day stay. The breakfast had a nice variety of cold and hot items. The staff was kind and gracious! We will definitely stay at this location again!

Margaritaville Resort Gatlinburg
All staff members really stepped it up with 15” of snow. Most places was closed but not here. Great Job!
